On Sunday, May 5, at 10:00 am – 12:30 pm, Shula will conduct a workshop on the different thought, concepts, and perceptions related to the head and neck, and the relationship between them.

This workshop is for Alexander Technique teachers, and 3rd year trainees.  It will include looking at a few ideas, how they are explained in Alexander books, and how we can apply them to our work with Alexander students, as we do the chair work, and table-work.
