On September 27 – Shula and Julie will offer an 8 week Alexander Technique class adapted for people living with Parkinson’s and their care-partners, to help manage Parkinson’s symptoms.

The class is educational and supportive, and will include explanations, demonstrations, gentle movement with specific guidelines, activities of daily living like walking, bending, and more.   All done in a class-format, with individual guidance as well.

Suggested donation:  $10.00 per person.

Location:  Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Northridge, Los Angeles County.
